Marking The Gram (Your Way) with Gabi Metz | New Podcast Episode

Hi Reader,

I’ll be honest (and you may have already heard me say this) but Instagram…scratch that…social media is not my favorite place to be. It’s just not how I spend my time naturally. I'm aging myself somewhat saying this but I didn't grow up with it. Facebook only came to be a thing for us in my late teens and I didn't have a smart phone till my mid-twenties (I was a late adopter however).

I just never really got the hang of it personally so it's a challenge to force myself professionally. I always create content in leaps and bounds. Being motivated for a while then losing motivation and finally getting motivated again only to have my reach pummeled by the algorithm as punishment. It’s a cycle for me. One reason Pinterest has always been a favorite (scheduling is easier)!

Can you relate or do you love marketing with the gram?

But speaking with Gabi Metz on The All Mats Taken Podcast, she really gets me motivated and excited, not just for Instagram but also for curating my content creation and growing my business in general.

I first spoke to Gabi in 2022 where she was a guest speaker in the first All Mats Taken Summit. She was an IG whizz then but since her business has boomed, it’s been a pleasure to watch. Gabi has taken her perspective on IG and content creation to a whole new level by tapping into how the energetics of where you are now play a role in your results and how you can change this to control your income right now. It’s a motivational listen for sure even if Instagram is not your forte and you create content elsewhere.

In today's power-packed episode, you'll discover:

  • The content types that drive real business growth
  • How to sell authentically without losing your soul
  • Getting past imposter syndrome to become a leader
  • Building a movement, not just a following

And SOO much more!

All the best,

Adrianne Jerrett

Hi! I'm a Showit Website Designer & Host of The All Mats Taken Podcast for Yoga Teachers

I’m Adrianne, a web designer in NZ with way too many yoga mats, loads of strategy and a whole lot of heart. I began Jerrett Digital Website Design & The All Mats Taken Podcast because I saw so many yoga teachers and wellness brands leaving money on the table. Their brands and websites looked good, but had no strategy, no intuitive user experience, and no obvious pathway to conversion. In my newsletter, podcast and through online events I help teach yoga teachers and wellness professionals grow their online presence and build their businesses with strategy and heart their way.

Hi Reader, I was thinking the other week that yoga teachers jobs will be safe with this new AI boom changing the face of the workforce and replacing jobs left-right-and-center. But are we? This is one of the many things I talked about with Amanda Paz this week on The All Mats Taken Yoga Business Podcast. Amanda is a yoga teacher, Yoga Biz Mentor, who's got a wee obsession with all things new tech and is a self-confessed early adopter so it was really fun hearing all of the ways she's been...
